| use | cationic tender yellow 7GL dyed acrylic fiber is fluorescent tender yellow, which is the more gorgeous variety in tender yellow. It can be used for direct printing of acrylic fabric and silk fabric. It is also used to dye wool nitrile or viscose nitrile blended fabrics, and rarely stains wool and viscose fibers. It is often composed of three primary colors with cationic red 2GL and cationic brilliant blue RL, which are stained with bright chromatograms, such as light to medium colors such as rice, coffee, camel, and gray. used for dyeing acrylic fiber and its blended fabric. When dyeing in acetic acid and sodium acetate bath, pH value has little effect on color light. It is often composed of three primary colors with cationic red 2GL and brilliant blue RL, and is stained with bright chromatography. It also dyes silk in the same bath with the grafting method, which can improve the fastness. |

Add 400L of water in the reaction pot, slowly add 30kg of 30% hydrochloric acid and 24.6kg of 2,2-dichloromethylbenzimidazole, raise the temperature to 80-85 ℃, add 24kg of N-methyl -2-benzothiazole hydrazone, continue to slowly raise the temperature to 95-110 ℃, and keep the temperature for 2 hours. Then cool to about 15 ℃, add 24kg of magnesium oxide, control the pH value of 8-9, stir for 10min, continue to cool to 10 ℃, add 124kg of dimethyl sulfate, control the reaction temperature of 30-35 ℃,pH value of 8, react for 1h, add 20kg of dimethyl sulfate, control the temperature of 38-43 ℃, react for 2h, and the pH value will drop to about 6. After the reaction, the temperature was raised to 90-95 ℃ within 1h, and stirred for 15min until Congo red test paper was blue. Add water to adjust the volume of feed liquid to about 1100L, heat to 90-95 ℃, filter while hot, and wash the filter residue with 90 ℃ hot water 200L. The filtrate and washing water are added into the reaction pot, 68kg of hydrochloric acid and 1kg of leveling dye OP are added, and the materials are dissolved by stirring. According to 7% of the material quantity, refined salt is added for salting out, stirred for 1h, filtered and dried to obtain about 60kg of dye. |
